Olusola Aremu Owoyele

Managing Partner

Olusola Aremu Owoyele (B.Sc., MBA, FCTI, FCA) is a product of Yaba College of Technology and has over 20 years post-graduation working experience virtually all of which has been in the Practicing firms.

He has attended various Training Programmes and Seminars covering Auditing & Investigation, Budgets, Taxation & Tax Management, Receivership & Debt Collection, Investments, Computer Appreciation, Government Accounting, etc.

Mr. Owoyele holds an MBA Post-Graduate Degree of the Lagos State University and B.Sc. Accountancy of Imo State University. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a member of the Intergovernmental Relations Committee (IGRC) of ICAN and the Managing Partner of Sypher Professional Services

James Onasanya Ogundele

Executive Partner

James Onasanya Ogundele (MBA, ACTI, FCA) is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

He has at various times acquired diverse experiences in the Banking Sector of Nigerian economy.

He has a wide working experience in Auditing, Taxation, and Investigation. He had worked in the private sector at senior management level and has also attended various Training Programmes and Seminars.

Mr. Ogundele is an Executive Partner in Sypher Professional Services.

Babatunde Julius Shonekan

Engagement Partner

Babatunde Julius Shonekan (B.Sc. AAT, ACTI, FCA) is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a B.Sc. Accounting graduate from University of Lagos. He has been in public practice for almost a decade.

Babatunde Julius has attended various training programmes and seminars relating to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs). He has relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, Auditing and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs). He successfully completed Audit Academy training program organised by Akintola Williams Deloitte for audit practitioners.

He has handled and delivered several audit assignments both in the public and private sectors.

Mr. Shonekan is also versatile in handling computer application packages such as word processing packages, graphics packages and various accounting packages. He participated in the compilation of ICAN study packs for year 2004, 2009 and 2014 as the main typesetter for the compilation. Babatunde Julius is currently the Engagement Partner with Sypher Professional Services.
