Olusola Aremu Owoyele (B.Sc., MBA, M.Sc {Unilag}, FCTI, FCA) is a product of Yaba College of Technology and has over 25 years post-graduation work experience virtually all of which have been in the Practising firms. 

He has attended various Training Programmes and Seminars covering Auditing & Assurance, Investigation, Budgets, Taxation & Tax Management, Receivership & Debt Collection, Investments, Computer Appreciation, Public Sector Accounting, etc.

Mr. Owoyele holds an MBA Post-Graduate Degree of the Lagos State University, B.Sc. Accountancy of Imo State University and M.Sc. Accounting of University of Lagos.  He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Fellow Member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He has been a member of various ICAN Committees including the Students Affairs Committee, Publications and Image Committee, Intergovernmental Relations Committee (IGRC), etc.

He is the Managing Partner of Sypher Professional Services (Chartered Accountants) and past Chairman, Alimosho and District Society of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), also a member of the District 404B3-Nigeria, Lions International.
