OLALEKAN A. BINUYO B.A., FCA

Olalekan Binuyo attended Offa Grammar School, Offa; Bristol College of Commerce and the University of Bristol where he obtained combined honours degree in Economics and Government. He served his Articleship in the Bristol Office of Cooper Brothers and Company (now Price Waterhouse Coopers). He is an Associate Member and Fellow of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, London (FCCA) and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) respectively.

Since qualification, he has worked both in Public Service as well as the Professional Office. He served at various times as Accountant – Western Nigeria Cocoa Development Unit, Senior Accountant / Chief Internal Auditor – Oyo State Investment and Credit Corporation and Chief Accountant – Water Corporation of Oyo State.

He joined the firm of Akinmade & Company after leaving the public service as a manager and rose rapidly to the position of Executive Partner. He had been in charge of various audits both in the public and private sectors of the economy. He was for many years a lecturer (part-time) in Accountancy at the Polytechnic, Ibadan and Ondo State University (now University of Ado-Ekiti).

Mr. Binuyo is an Associate / Consultant with Sypher Professional Services.

EBENEZER MALOMO B.Sc (Acct) Ife, M.Sc (B&F) Ibd., M.Sc (Acct) Lag, ACA

Ebenezer Malomo is a graduate of Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Banking and Finance from the University of Ibadan. He also holds yet another Master of Science degree (M.Sc) in Accounting from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).

Ebenezer Malomo has at various times had diverse experiences in the Banking Sector of Nigerian economy, the practice of Professional Accountancy, Taxation, Management Consultancy and Audit and Assurance Services. He has also been engaged in Teaching and Research at the Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos.

Mr. Malomo is an Associate / Consultant with Sypher Professional Services.

OLUSEGUN JAMES BABATOLA MBA, FCA, FCTI

Olusegun Babatola is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI). He also holds Membership Certificate of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).

He has acquired relevant working experience both in the public and private sectors which include Graduate Accountant with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Finance Officer with the Embassy of Nigeria, Tokyo, Japan; also Finance Officer with the Nigeria Consulate General, Hong Kong; etc.

His work experience exposed him to preparation and implementation of Budget, Project Design and Implementation, Debt Collection and Receivership, Government Accounting, Business Combination and Re-organisation, Tax Management, Auditing & Investigation, etc.

Mr. Babatola is an Associate / Consultant with Sypher Professional Services.

ADEYEMI, MUIDEEN OLUFEMI B.sc, ACA

Adeyemi, Muideen Olufemi graduated from Lagos State University where he bagged B. Sc. (Banking and Finance). He is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

He previously worked and trained with Tunde Adesokan & Co. (Chartered Accountants) where he grew from Audit Trainee to the post of Audit Senior and a seasoned lecturer at various ICAN tutorial centres.

Olufemi is an audit senior with Sypher Professional Services.

MORIAM ZAKARIYAH ND, B.Sc (Econ.), M.Sc. (Industrial and Labour Relations)

Moriam Zakariyah is a graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic with National Diploma in Accountancy before proceeding to the University of Lagos where she bagged B.Sc (Econs), M.Sc. (Industrial and Labour Relations) and currently a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She is versatile in corporate services.

Moriam is the corporate services manager of Sypher Professional Services (SPS) with several years of experience.

HAWAU TEMITOPE AGORO AAT, ACA

Hawau Agoro is a seasoned accountant with pertinent experience not only in audit and tax advisory but also in other financial service sectors. After serving as a trainee in a medium-sized audit firm in Lagos, she became an accountant of a fast-growing finance house and rose to the level of an internal control officer.

She is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and The Accounting Technicians Scheme West Africa (ATSWA).

Hawau is currently an Audit Senior at Sypher Professional Services (SPS) where she handles audit and tax matters. She is a goal-oriented person.
